Calculate Taxes On-The-Fly

Calculate Taxes On-The-Fly

We’re pleased to announce Quaderno Checkout, a new checkout form designed to help our users to be EU VAT compliant easily and simply.

That’s no easy feat, as you’ll know if you’ve been operating in the EU since the VAT rules changed back in January 2015. VAT is now based on your customer’s location, rather than yours. That leaves you figuring out up to 75 different rates of VAT as you work and dealing with a system that means you have to keep data on your customers for 10 years and have proof of their location.

Fortunately, Quaderno is here to help. We take the pain right out of VAT handling for Stripe, Braintree, and PayPal, so using the biggest payment systems on the web can be just as easy as their designers intended.

Quaderno collects, analyses and stores data on your customers automatically, and calculates the correct rate of tax for each of them.

Our checkout form handles your payments the same whether they’re recurring, frequent or one-offs. And it automates tax handling for subscriptions too!

A tool that did that would be pretty cool. But we’re particularly proud that Quaderno Checkout integrates so well with the top online payment tools, including Braintree, Stripe and PayPal. Look at our documentations to see how to set up, and once you’re ready, you can forget VAT, invoicing and tax and just let us do our thing – while you get on with yours!

Check it out and send us your feedback. Thanks for using Quaderno!
