Refunds are a real thing also in online businesses. Sometimes because a client of yours didn’t expect what he was buying, some others because a refund policy is still valid and the client wants to get a refund of whatever he bought, etc.
Some of our current users were in need of a feature that could handle the refunds they receive through their Stripe refunds, so we built it.
From now on every time you have to refund in full or partially to one of your customers, you will see all these refunds under the Credit Notes section that you will find in the top navigation menu.
If you need to refund one of your customers, do it directly through Stripe by accessing his payments and clicking in “Refund”. You will see a modal window with two options: Full Refund or Partial Refund. Just select the option you prefer and click the “Refund” button.
Quaderno will automatically create and send a credit note to your customer. That’s all! 🙂
